Customized meal plans to help your child lose weight
Step One:
You will use our on-line form to tell us a little about your child, including what foods he or she will eat and what
foods to leave out of the plan.
Step Two:
Your child's profile will be reviewed by a Certified Kid's Nutrition Specialist who will build a meal plan that is
customized for your child.  You will receive a meal schedule custom tailored to your child's preferences and
designed to help him or her eat healthy (with food he or she actually likes to eat) and lose weight.
6:00am - 8:00am

Lunch (Home or Packed)
11:30am - 1:00pm
Afternoon Snack
2:00pm - 3:00pm
5:00pm - 7:00pm
Evening Snack
7:00pm - 9:00pm
* If your child can't have a morning snack, we will work the food values into the other meals throughout the day.

The meal schedule below is flexible and can be adjusted
to meet your child's scheduling needs.
Your custom built meal plans can be rotated (you won't need to buy more).  We will
give you guidance, answer your questions, and help you make these meal plans work
for your child.  Our on-line resources also include a full listing of substitutes so you
can create additional variety, and you can even call us and review your child's meal
plan with a nutrition specialist.
